I have tried to sit down and write this blog for about 2 weeks now, but as you can imagine, life in the Hixon house is super busy! I absolutely cannot believe the boys are 6 months old! It has flown by so fast!
The boys had their 6 month check up and man they are growing! Cade now weighs 16lbs 7 oz and is 26 inches! Byce weighs 17lbs 6 oz and is 25 3/4 inches!

They are getting to be so much fun to play with. They still haven't really rolled over while Kevin and I have played with them... they only do it in their cribs when we are not watching! Hahaha! Bryce is sitting up all by himself for small periods of time and loves playing with all kinds of toys! Cade is just now starting to use his legs more and can stand for a few seconds while we hold him. He is starting to enjoy toys more. We think they are both teething because we can see white on their gums. They love putting everything in their mouths, so we have really had to watch what they pick up.

They are also loving to play in their jumperoo and exersaucer. Kevin's Aunt Jennifer and cousin, Chloe bought the boys the jumperoo. Bryce loves to jump all the time, even when he is not in the jumperoo. The exersaucer I bought them has a table in the middle and the seat is on the outside. Bryce plays with all the toys and can "walk" around the table. Cade loves just sitting back in the jumperoo, he has started jumping a little the last couple of days. The piano on the exersaucer is his favorite thing to play with and spends most of his time on that. He hasn't quite figured out how to "walk" around it like Bryce has.
