The boys did not sleep well our first night in the hotel. We got a king sized bed and brought sleeping bags for the boys to sleep on the floor. They went to sleep very fast, so we thought it was going to be an easy night... nope! They were up every 2 hours, so one of us slept on the floor until they went back to sleep. It was a long night!
But... we didn't let that stop us! We had an exciting day planned at Sea World! One of my McMoms friends, Melissa, and her family were planning to go to Sea World on the same day, so we met up with them throughout the day. It was sooo hot! The boys, especially Bryce, really enjoyed the Shamu show and the sharks!
Before we went to Sea World, we made a stop at Lulu's Cafe. It was seen on Man Vs. Food and The Little Couple! They have a cinnamon roll that is 3 lbs! Of course we ordered it, but only ate about a third.
Cinnamon Roll!
We thought the boys would love this show, but they were terrified of the characters! :(
10:30 in the morning and we are already drenched in sweat! Cade rubbed sunscreen in his eyes, so he was pretty miserable for a couple of hours.
Looking at the ducks
Shamu show
Waiting for the Shamu show to start. It was delayed 15 minutes because of technical difficulties, but they boys did great waiting.
Shamu!
Watching people feed the dolphins
Fish!
We sat here for quite awhile watching the sharks. They loved them!
Waiting this silly guy and waiting for the Azul show to start.
Clapping!
Beluga (sp?) whales
Dolphins
This show was amazing! There were only a few animals, but the people diving and hanging from the ceiling were very cool to watch.
Cool dude! Cade really likes his sunglasses, but this was the only time he would wear them! He likes to wear them on top of his head. After Sea World, we went to dinner at Landry's Seafood. It was delicious! I wish we had one here!
After dinner, we went to Pat O'Briens for a drink and dessert. Cade looking at the menu.
Bryce deciding what dessert to get.
Chocolate cake!
Digging into the chocolate cake!
hahaha!
We had a great second day of vacation! San Antonio Zoo tomorrow!
