We decided this year would be a good time to out going to see fireworks with the boys. Roanoke was having a big celebration on the 3rd. Our friends, Dawk and Natalie joined us! We got out there around 6:15pm and fireworks were scheduled for 9:30pm. The boys did great! We ate dinner, played in the grass, fed ducks, and did LOTS of dancing while La Freak was playing. When the fireworks started, Bryce immediately loved them! Cade was a little scared, but started liking them after a few minutes. The boys had soooo much fun, so we will definitely go to Roanoke again next year!

July 4th is my dad's birthday, so we went over to my parents to celebrate. My dad learned how to make corned beef, so he made some amazing Reuben sandwhiches! We swam and hung out all afternoon! It was so relaxing.
